Returns & Refunds policy

At Robin’s Personalized Gifts, each item is handcrafted and often customized specifically for you.

1. No Returns on Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or engraved items

  • This includes items with names, dates, or custom designs

2. Order Accuracy

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order. We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged, or

  • Incorrect due to our error

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

We will gladly

  • Replace the item, or

  • Offer a resolution at our discretion

4. Non-Custom Items

If you offer any non-personalized items:

  • Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase

  • Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted
