1. No Returns on Custom Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or engraved items
This includes items with names, dates, or custom designs
2. Order Accuracy
Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order. We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
Damaged, or
Incorrect due to our error
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
We will gladly
Replace the item, or
Offer a resolution at our discretion
4. Non-Personalized Items
*Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery
*Item must be unused and in original condition
* Customer is responsible for return shipping
5. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted
Not responsible for items stolen from your porch.
